Are the Delivery costs relevant?

The given delivery costs upon placing your order are approximate. After you order confirmation, you will receive an email with the relevant delivery costs.

How long will the shipping take?

Orders received before 15:00SGT will be packed on the same day and DHL will be arranged the next day for collection of parcel. Orders submitted and approved after 15:00SGT on the same day, will be processed in 2 working days.

Can I track my shipping?

For deliveries in Bulgaria, you won’t be able to track your shipping, but you will receive your order in 1 – 2 days. For the orders for other countries, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What to do, if there is not enough quantity in stock from the item I want to order?

Is it obligatory to add Cost Center number?

Yes, it is obligatory. If you do not add it to your order, your order won’t be approved.
